SNIPER AI
CRYPTO GUIDE

Understand what the research actually means.

A beginner-friendly guide to the terms used inside SNIPER AI. The goal is not to tell you what to buy, but to help you read market research, risk and model outputs with more context.

Blockchain

Simple meaning: A shared digital record where transactions are grouped and recorded according to the rules of a blockchain network.

Different networks can have different designs, security assumptions, fees and use cases. A token's price behaviour does not by itself tell you whether the underlying network or project is strong.

Market Capitalization

Simple meaning: Market cap is commonly calculated as current token price × circulating supply.

It helps compare the relative market size of crypto assets, but a larger market cap does not mean an asset is safe or fairly valued.

Trading Volume

Simple meaning: Volume tells you how much trading activity occurred during a period.

SNIPER AI compares recent volume with a broader recent average. Rising volume can show increased participation, but volume alone does not tell you whether price will rise or fall.

Liquidity

Simple meaning: Liquidity describes how easily an asset can generally be traded without the trade itself causing a large price impact.

The current SNIPER AI research score uses 24-hour quote volume as a practical market-quality proxy. It is not a complete order-book liquidity model.

Volatility

Simple meaning: Volatility describes how widely and rapidly price moves.

Higher volatility means wider price swings and greater uncertainty. It can create upside opportunity and downside risk at the same time.

RSI — Relative Strength Index

Simple meaning: RSI is a momentum indicator, usually shown from 0 to 100.

Readings above 70 are often described as high or overbought and readings below 30 as low or oversold. These are context signals, not automatic sell or buy commands. A strong trend can keep RSI elevated or depressed for some time.

MACD-style Momentum

Simple meaning: It compares faster and slower price averages to identify momentum bias.

A bullish reading means faster price behaviour is stronger than the slower reference; bearish means the opposite. SNIPER AI treats this as one input among many rather than a standalone signal.

EMA 20, EMA 50 & SMA 200

Simple meaning: Moving averages smooth noisy prices so the underlying trend is easier to see.

EMA20 reacts relatively quickly and represents shorter-term structure. EMA50 gives a broader medium-term view. SMA200 is used as a long-term trend reference. Their relationship with price and with one another is more useful than any one number alone.

ATR — Average True Range

Simple meaning: ATR estimates the normal size of recent price movement.

ATR measures volatility, not direction. SNIPER AI also displays ATR as a percentage of price so assets with very different prices can be understood more easily.

Bollinger Bands

Simple meaning: Bollinger Bands place a statistical range around a moving average.

%B describes where price sits relative to the bands. Band Width describes how wide the bands are. Expanding bands often accompany rising volatility; contracting bands indicate lower recent volatility.

ADX — Average Directional Index

Simple meaning: ADX measures the strength of a trend, not its direction.

A higher ADX can indicate stronger directional movement. You still need price structure or other indicators to decide whether that trend is bullish or bearish.

Support & Resistance

Simple meaning: Support is a nearby area where price previously found demand; resistance is an area where selling pressure previously appeared.

These are reference zones, not walls. Price can break through either level, especially in volatile markets.

Maximum Drawdown & Recovery

Simple meaning: Drawdown measures the fall from a previous peak to a later low.

A 60% maximum drawdown means the loaded historical sample experienced a fall of roughly 60% from a prior peak at its worst point. Recovery measures how much of that decline has subsequently been regained in the model's sample.

Multi-Timeframe Confirmation

Simple meaning: The same asset can look different on daily, 4-hour and 1-hour charts.

SNIPER AI compares these timeframes. Agreement can make the current structure clearer; disagreement means the market picture is mixed.

Bull, Base & Bear Forecast Scenarios

Simple meaning: They are alternative model paths, not promised future prices.

Base is the model's central scenario under its current assumptions. Bull represents a stronger upside path and Bear a weaker downside path. Uncertainty grows with time, so long-horizon scenarios should be interpreted more cautiously.

SNIPER AI's forecasts and probabilities are research-oriented model estimates. They are not statistical guarantees, personalized investment advice, or trading instructions.

How to read a SNIPER AI report

Start with the Research Score and Verdict, then read Why SNIPER AI Reached This View. Next check drawdown, volatility and liquidity before looking at scenarios. Finally, compare RSI/MACD momentum with EMA/SMA trend and multi-timeframe confirmation. The purpose is to understand where different pieces of evidence agree or disagree.

Important: A high score means the available evidence is comparatively stronger inside the model. It does not mean a high probability of profit, and it does not remove crypto market risk.
